As part of our consultancy service we offer the following;
Collaboration with your development team and external professional service providors such as architects, surveyors, local authority offices, solicitors, valuers and project marketing personnel to identify current status and estimated time of completion for project.
Preparation of realistic Administrative and Capital Works Fund budgets, including consultation with surveyor for purpose of Capital works fund forecasting reporting.
Review of structure of the strata scheme or community association development including specific detailed advice as to lot boundaries, common property and exclusive use areas of the scheme.
Review of draft Strata Plan and By-Laws, prior to registration of the strata scheme.
Establishment of books and records for the scheme in accordance with the provisions of the Strata Schemes Management Act or Community Land Management Act.
Preparation of tender specifications for the recruitment of service providers including on-site building manager, caretaker, cleaners, gardeners and other services.
Arrangement of initial insurance covers for the scheme or association through insurance broker or direct through insurance firm.
